Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Amany El Cherif, our aim is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, our refund and return policy is as follows:

Return Conditions:

1- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
3- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
4- Custom dresses and altered items cannot be returned.

Return Procedure:

1- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
2- Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
3- You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

1- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
2- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3- If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be granted.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us a message on WhatsApp and we will provide you with instructions.
